Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have 14 days (from the date of delivery) to initiate a return.
Please ensure the item is packed correctly. Items that arrived damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Initiating a return or exchange

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packaging materials to send your items back to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is shipped in appropriate packaging to avoid the item getting damaged in transit.
You will have 14 business days from the date of approval to ship back your return and provide us with tracking information. Items shipped after this date will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your item. A refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In the event that a product arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
